Item shipped 19 days ago per email from ModTrends Shop. The route app shows no tracking information and the item still hasn’t been received. The order was placed on 8/3. It is now 9/18! Claim through app was denied because they have no record of the item shipping. This is unacceptable even during times of delayed shipping when all other online orders Ive placed have been received within the timeframes provided.
