Our turnaround is currently 3-8 business days from the date of purchase. This is our processing time only and does not include the time it takes for the order to be shipped via USPS. Larger orders and orders placed during busy holiday seasons or big sales (ie: Christmas, Black Friday, etc) may take longer to ship. If you need something by a certain date, contact us PRIOR to placing your order.  Please note, preorders take longer to ship; be sure to read the details of each preorder listed on the products' page.



We offer shipping insurance coverage through Route starting at $.98 per order. Route offers coverage for lost, damaged or stolen orders with easy, one-click claims. Modish Trends LLC is NOT responsible for any damage caused to packages or items within a package once it has been scanned in to the USPS tracking system. Modish Trends LLC is not responsible for any packages that are lost by USPS during transit. We will not replace or refund any items that are damaged or lost by USPS during transit. We highly recommend you purchase the shipping insurance, especially during busy times of the year. 



All items are printed on demand and for that reason, we do not accept returns. If the wrong item is sent or the product is flawed, please email us at and we will happily exchange it for you; however, we will not replace items damaged during transit. We do accept exchanges for items that do not fit BUT the buyer is responsible for shipping the item back and will be charged for the cost of shipping the replacement item(s); this EXCLUDES seasonal items or any items marked as *all sales final. For qualifying purchases, exchange requests MUST be made within 5 DAYS of you receiving the item to be honored. Exchanges must be in brand new condition, free of pet hair, perfumes, or other odors.



Our family business operates out of a small home office so we do not keep a lot of stock. Shirts are ordered on a need basis only usually within 24 hours of an order being placed. For this reason, we will only cancel an order during the first 24 hours after the order was placed. Cancellation requests MUST be requested by email. Please send an email to and be sure to include your order number. 



ShopPay allows you to break up your total into four interest-free installments without increasing the turnaround time. Your order will ship within the normal turnaround. ShopPay is available on purchases of $35 or more.

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).


We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above.
